'GULL HARBOUR' is a 4-bed/3-bath home on Gull Drive in Bodega Bay, CA

Layout of House: There are 2 levels to the home. The only room on the lower level is the garage [ping pong] and the entry. All area's of living are located on the second level. Bedrooms are located to the rear of the home while the kitchen/dining/living room areas are located in the front of the home. There is a gate in the home to block off the entry stairs if needed for families.
Master Bedroom Suite #1 sits in the rear of the home facing Doran Beach with vaulted ceilings and large picture windows with wonderful white water views of Doran Beach/Bodega Bay and the 9th fairway. Large room with a King size bed, HDTV/Cable/DVD and a separate trundle bed (2-twins perfect for kids). There is also a separate shower with double vanity/toilet closet in this room.
Master Bedroom #2: South facing with great Ocean views; contains a King bed with cable-HDTV/DVD, vaulted ceilings/skylight and separate bathroom with shower. Its connected to the deck that faces the front of the home with table/chairs.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed with cable-HDTV and vaulted ceilings. There is a sliding glass door to an adjacent deck with views of Doran Beach/Bodega Bay and the 9th Fairway.
- Located btwn Bdrm #3 & #4 is a full-Guest Shower/Bath with attached washer/dryer.
Bedroom #4: Queen bed with cable-HDTV and vaulted ceilings. There is a sliding glass door to an adjacent deck that connects to kitchen/hot tub area. Faces 8th Fairway East.
Dining Rm/Kitchen/Living Room: Located in front of home. The Kitchen is fully-equipped; The Dining Table sits adjacent and seats 10 guests. We keep the pantry stocked with various seasonings, teas, coffee, foil, saran wrap...etc. New Hot Tub December 2021 installed off this deck. Great ocean/golf views.
Living Room: Fantastic views out of large picture windows that face the Pacific Ocean. Lrg. HDTV with cable/Blu ray/DVD, stero-cd player w/wifi speaker, bookcase with a lrg. assortment of books & magazines, and a lrg. assortment of DVD's. 2 fullsize Lazy Boy Leather Sofa's & 1 Lazy Boy Love-seat and additional leather recliner in this room make it a wonderfully relaxing area to spend with family/friends. Connects to deck with table/chairs/Weber propane barbecue.
FAMILIES: For guests with kids we have located in closets: hi-chair, exercauser, gate to block stairs, pack-n-play, step-stool. Closet full of games & Super Nintendo Video games. Covered outlets. Rumpus room (garage area) lower level with tv and super nintendo game system; ping pong.
BEACH ITEMS: Beach blankets, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ice chests, sand toys located in garage. We even keep a beach pass for families wanting to drive to the County Beach at Doran entrance with all their 'stuff' saving you the $7 parking fee.
What do we/guests love most about the home? The house has a very open uncluttered feel with all the sunlight from skylights/windows and vaulted ceilings. Love being able to walk out the front door to the beach trail. Ping-Pong in the garage and lots of games/activities. Extra pillows/blankets in all rooms. Front of home is kitchen/dining/living room with other rooms running down back of house. See Floorplan.
About the Owner
I'm Debbie and my husband Dave is a Plumbing/Heating/Electrical contractor and runs his own business Acrat Plumbing, Heating & Electrical (Handy when you run vacation rentals). I run Bodega Bay Rentals, LLC. We own Gull Harbour & Pacific View. I book, maintain and CLEAN. Yes... We do the cleaning. It's the best way to KNOW what's going on in the home. As a professed germaphobe I like knowing I'm providing guests with a clean environment (read reviews).
Both college grads (Dave SSU Business/Debbie Pacific Union Nursing). We are active in our kids lives (college/hs). We've owned & managed commercial & residential property in Sonoma Cnty for 25+ yrs and have rented our homes in Bodega Bay since 2001. When not working we enjoy being outside working our ranch, hiking or playing at the beach. We've hiked Half Dome the past several years and have a slew of Spartan, marathons & triathlon's under our belts. 2021/2022 we hiked Rim2Rim Grand Canyon. If you see me around the harbour, it's usually with one of my furry friends enjoying this beautiful area! If you LOVE hiking...this is a great area...and its how we prepped for Grand Canyon and Half Dome. ASK ME!
Our goal...YOU have a seamless vacation in a home that runs top to bottom. We clean/prep so have hopefully headed off any unwanted issues. We are local and available 24/7 to help at any time...even if just a texted question. Dave as a plumbing/electrical contractor....If an issue pops up...we respond asap. Our homes are self entry and guests given door code so entry at your leisure. Lots of extras. Questions don't hesitate to ask.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Holidays 3 or 4-night required; 15% price increase some holidays.
Contract/Occupancy List signed at booking - Occupancy is strict; Additional day or night guests NOT allowed beyond max - ask if ?'s at BOOKING
Rates based on 1-8 guests; Additional guests added fee.
