About Us:
We have managed commercial & residential properties throughout Sonoma County for more than 20 years. We've owned & rented out our Bodega Bay home since 2001. Dave has licensing in Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air; Debbie is an RN. Together we run Acrat Plumbing & Heating, Tarca Territories and Bodega Bay Rentals. We are fortunate to have wonderful employees who help us keep it all together.
In addition, we are active members of our community and in the lives of our three children. Born and raised in Sonoma County we are deeply appreciative of the beauty this area holds agriculturally. We raise cattle and sheep on our working ranches as well as care for horses.
